We never impose other peoples children on our guests.

We are thrilled to have been independently assessed as being in the top 3% of accommodation providers in the WORLD by hotels combined.

This is not some paid for advertising mechanism but an independent assessment.

If you appreciate a more intimate, relaxed atmosphere without the presence of children, weddings, bustling parties, or traffic, then Saltcote Place is among the top choices for accommodation in Rye.

We have our own free secure parking.

Before you arrive let’s have a chat so we understand the purpose of your visit, if it’s an important occasion to you then we will make sure it’s memorable.

Still looking for Places to stay in Rye with parking close to town center, no children and no Seagulls ?

Sounds strange but imagine what happens when a seagull nests on a roof in Rye Citadel and a guest feeds it, this only has to happen a few times and then the birds learn which windows to sit outside and squawk. Even the town website has it covered https://www.visitryebay.com/rye/do-not-feed-the-seagulls/

So the deal is that if you stay with us – don’t let them know where you are staying 😉

It is quiet here.  Of the places to stay in Rye we are probably the most quiet, within a short walk you will find everything you need to relax and unwind. The high st, lovely restaurants and pubs are very close but out of earshot.
