Royal Military - Hydro Shower and Roll-top Bath

We never mix Weddings with non Wedding Guests. All celebrations here are exclusive use so if you are looking for a quiet get away - this is it.

5 star, this top rated Rye Bed and Breakfast suite is our most popular, more Guests rebook this suite than any other. The large warm bathroom, double ended roll top bath as well as Hydro-massage shower makes this very popular with the ladies. The Canopy over the bath adds to the character whilst the mains pressure hot and cold water ensures there's no waiting around. We usually supply Radox or equivalent to which you need only dim the lights open a bottle of wine and relax.

The spare bedroom ? often used for suitcases also has 3ft wide bunk beds plenty large enough for a single person when three people are in a group. See the Royal Military B&B suite here.

Rother Valley - Large double Shower

5 star rated. If you enjoy a shower with decent pressure and enough space for two then you are bound to enjoy a feature shower offering lots of space with each person having their own mains pressure shower.

This suite also has its own entrance and three windows with far reaching views.

The adjoining door to the corridor into the Royal military (not the bedroom) is locked from the Royal Military side. The door is often left open or unlocked when both suites are used by the same family group or friends in the two suites in which case you have a three bedroom two bathroom suite sleeping six to 7 people with considerable comfort. Hennessy Suite has three separate bedrooms

Sleeping from two to six people this elegant penthouse has far reaching sea views, the curve of the earth is clearly visible.

Three spacious bedrooms offer unrivalled comfort, more detail here Hennessy Suite.The large drawing room with plenty of comfortable seating and dining table with eight chairs by the picture window is ideal for a gathering of friends and family.

The three well appointed bedrooms offer two four-poster beds. The Bridal suite is of course the largest and displays an emperor (7ft) square four-poster bed with a mirrored ceiling. The Avenue room offers a generous king-size barley twisted four-poster with one of the most comfortable mattresses you can buy. The Rye Room has the iconic view of Rye as captured by Clive Sawyer in the now famous shot seen the World over depicting this mediaeval town from the best possible angle. The Hennessy suite enjoys its own entrance to come and go as you please.
