Amble mindfully between champagne breakfasts, seaside walks, nature meditations & nurturing Beach Yoga, allowing the sounds of the ocean to wash over your body, stretching out on the sand & connecting to your breath.
Once you are suitably stretched & calm, we invite you to head back to the Saltcote Place to refresh yourselves in preparation for your evening in a local restaurant complementary nightcaps upon your return.
Our Yoga is arranged with “The Humble Warrior” who are an experienced retreat & events company, specialising in Yoga & Wellness, with amazing teachers and hosted by the founder Joanna, you are in good hands. Each session is created & managed with calmness in mind, ensuring your time with us is as memorable & relaxing as possible.
When you make your reservation to stay at Saltcote Place. please let us know about your interest in Yoga and we will book you in.
Your day could start with a champagne breakfasts at Saltcote Place, a leisurely walk into town and then off to the beach or other location.
When you return to Saltcote Place we will have arranged your restaurant and the nightcaps will be in position for your return.
